“Bergeron Open Test” As many rounds as possible in 30 min: 50 Wall Balls, 10/6 kg 50 Double unders 40 Box jumps, 24/20″ 40 Toes to bar 30 Burpee 30 Chest to bar pull-ups 20 Power cleans, 66/45kg 20 Jerks, 66/45kg 10 Snatches, 66/45kg 10 Muscle ups
WOD # 1 – Strength For Load: Squat clean 2-2-2-2-2-2 WOD # 2 – Conditioning “Partner WOD” As many rounds as possible in 10 min: 7 strict pull-ups 7 DB Push press, 20/15 kg *One partner works at a time, completing 1 round before tagging their partner to start the next round ________________________________________________ Competition Training
