AJ Crossfit 2015 Kick-start Challenge

Our 2015 Challenge is shaping up to be the biggest and most transformational training and nutrition challenge we have ever run!

It’s a 6 week program starting in a week’s time (Monday the 19th of Jan) the program will combine our already highly effective CrossFit workouts with 6 weeks closely following the CrossFit nutrition prescription (including the paleo diet).

 

In a nutshell  

The first week is get tested and get organised week

Then we hit 30 days of tracking everything you eat from Monday the 26th of January to Tuesday the 24th February

And the final week is retest week with the challenge officially ending on Friday the 27th of February (the day the first workout is announced for the “2015 CrossFit open”)

The Details

Week 1

  • Download the Paleo Challenge app Available on both ios and Android. Then  join the “AJ CrossFit kick-start 2015” challenge (US$9.99 )
  • You also have the option to download a 7 day or the full 30 day paleo meal plans to take the guess work out of eating clean.
  • Complete the workout “Baseline” to test where your fitness is now. (we will program it as the Workout of the Day on Monday the 19th Jan)
  • Take some “before” photos you’ll be amazed at the changes that 6 weeks of CrossFit and Paleo eating will make.
  • Book in for a Dexa Body fat scan (this is optional and costs $100, normally $154 )

The next 30 days

Use the app on your phone to record the types of food you eat:

Green listed food:  like meat and veg – no points

Amber list food:  1 point for anything you eat above the recommended serve per day

Red list food: 2 points if you eat or drink anything on the no go list.

So, the less points the better!!!!

The App will update your points to the live leader board on yours and everyone else’s phone

The final week

This is the time to retest and celebrate your success in reducing your body fat and getting healthier. The last week we will be continuing to eat the same way but without the app as a guide. By now eating well will be your body’s new default setting
