Our 2015 Challenge is shaping up to be the biggest and most transformational training and nutrition challenge we have ever run! It’s a 6 week program starting in a week’s time (Monday the 19th of Jan) the program will combine our already highly effective CrossFit workouts with 6 weeks closely following the CrossFit nutrition prescription
All memberships at AJCF are for unlimited training!  We don’t believe in restricting improvement in your fitness by restricting the frequency of your training. But it doesn’t stop there!  Are you aware that your weekly training fees also include a range specialty classes? Our specialty classes are: Weightlifting on a Tuesday Night at 7.15 pm
I am very happy to announce that Scotty Laird has officially joined the team in the role of Assistant Trainer. Scotty is originally from Tassie where he played rugby and worked in the family construction business. He moved up to Brisbane to complete his film making degree at Griffith Uni. Scotty was a training partner
