AJ CrossFit offers a number of cost effective packages and competitive rates to suit your individual needs.

Before we list the prices, we feel it’s important to mention that we’re not like other gyms…

There are absolutely no contracts with AJ CrossFit. You can cancel or suspended your payments at any time. Our members come back week after week because they WANT to be there not because they’re trapped in some rip off contract.

Weekly Group Training

  • 1 Session/Week – $25/Week
    Only got the time to come in for a single session each week? No worries, we’ve got you covered.
  • Unlimited Sessions – $49/Week
    You can come in for as many coached sessions as you like during the week. And best of all it costs nearly half what you’d be paying for one lousy PT session at a big franchise gym.
  • Drop in fee – 1st session free, 2nd session $25, or $49 for the week.
    (only available to experienced CrossFitters visiting from another box)

Personal Training

If you need some extra attention — whether to gain more confidence as a CrossFitter, or you want some heavily customized training for meeting your specific goals faster — we also offer Personal Training sessions.

  • $39/session for unlimited group training members
  • $49/session for members not doing group training

CrossFit Kids

  • 3 – 5 year olds – $13/Week
  • 6 – 17 year olds – $30/Week (or $15 per week for one session)


  • Casual Rate – $6
  • 10 session Discount Card - $50 (=$5 /session)

  • All prices are per person
  • All per week prices are paid through a direct debit system
  • The weekly direct debit is not a contract and can be cancelled or suspended at any time
  • Weekly Personal Training rates are for 1-on-1 training or, where appropriate, a maximum of 2 suitable and similarly experienced training partners to train with you
  • The goal to match training partners will always be to enhance the enjoyment and effectiveness of your training
