The Paleo Diet is not the perfect diet for you!!!!

As a first (and probably most important) step when we start off as a CrossFit athlete we get you to change your diet to ““Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar” or for ease of reference – we eat Paleo.  But this change in our diet, as important as it is does not mean we now have the perfect diet. All it means is we have taken the first step. the rest of the quote from the CrossFit dietary prescription is ” Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.”

We are running an advanced level nutrition seminar at the box tonight at 7:15pm

to simplify the Zone method of achieving that intake balance

This is only open to people who have successfully completed a “Whole 30″ (30 days of strict paleo according to the rules)
